Here's a quick guide on how to use and make a purchase via our Online Store.
Browse our catalog and select the item(s) that you would like to purchase. Select from ranges of fire safety products to home kits.
Not sure what you should get for your home or business? Head over to our Fire Safety Tips on blog posts to check on what is needed to protect yourself, your loved ones and your business.
Done browsing all the products you need? Click “Add to cart” for the item(s) you would like to purchase.
A pop up showing your item has been added to cart will appear, click “View Cart” to review your item(s) in your cart before making payment to ensure you purchase the correct item(s).
Review the item(s) in your cart and make modifications if necessary. Once confirmed, click "Proceed to Checkout".
Enter your contact and delivery details to complete your purchase. After you've entered your details, proceed to click "Continue to Shipping". Please ensure that the details are accurate before submitting.
Double check your contact details & delivery address and proceed to click "Continue to Payment".
Choose your payment method and choose your preferred billing address. Once completed, click on "Complete Order". This will lead you to the payment gateway that you selected.
Once your payment is completed, you'll be directed to the Thank You page indicating that your order has been recorded. You'll also receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
