Unfortunately, no. All fire extinguishers must be refilled/service once they have been discharged. Even if you only use a small amount of the extinguisher, the pressure will leak slowly over time as the seal is broken.

Yes, all the fire extinguishers come together with a mounting bracket, we advise our customers to mount the fire extinguishers using dedicated wall brackets or inside wall cabinets with the carrying handle placed 3½ to 5 feet above the ground. Larger fire extinguishers need to be mounted at lower heights with the carrying handle about 3 feet above the ground.
In general, a 9kg or 6kg ABC Dry Powder Fire Extinguisher will be suffice but for premises with a lot of electrical items (server rooms, machinery, electronics), the 2kg CO2 Fire Extinguisher would be more applicable. Here's a full guide to get a better understanding!
A bomba license is a license that is issued by the Bomba that denotes the location of each extinguisher and the date of expiry of each extinguisher. All the data is kept by the Bomba for their inspections to ensure that Malaysia is safe from fire.

When it expires, the license can be renewed if it is within 10 years of the date of manufacture and when it is not condemned.
If you're using it for personal use, e.g, home, you do not have to service it yearly. However, you will need to service your fire extinguishers and renew your Bomba License yearly if it's for commercial purposes, e.g, for business premises. This is done to ensure your fire extinguisher works effectively during emergency.

For the 1, 3 and 9kg ABC powder fire extinguishers, the pressure will continue to drop once it is used, it won't be able to be used after few hours, however the CO² fire extinguishers, it can be reused multiple times until the CO² in the canister has depleted.

The ABC Dry Powder (or Dry Chemical) charged fire extinguisher is a multi-purpose fire extinguisher and can be used on Classes A, B & C fires. They can also be used on electrical fires but leave a residue that may be harmful to sensitive electronics.
Carbon dioxide extinguishers (CO²) are ideal for places with a lot of electrical equipment such as offices or server rooms because they are safe to use on fires involving electrical apparatus. They can also be used on Class B fires, those involving flammable liquids such paraffin or petrol.
For normal areas, a 9kg ABC fire extinguisher is suitable for every 500sq feet. For areas with electronics, a 2kg CO2 fire extinguisher is suitable for every 500 sq feet. For example: A space of 1,000sq feet with a 500sq feet server room will need 1 unit of 9kg ABC + 1 unit of 2kg CO2 fire extinguisher.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take up to 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
