What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges will be incurred for our orders on our products. The rates are calculated based on the delivery location and the weight of the products.

Can I walk-in to your office to make any purchases?

Unfortunately, we do not accept walk-in as it will take 5 days to print your customized name. However, you can drop by our Petaling Jaya Headquarters to purchase or enquire any of our Fire Safety products and services.

Our office hours are as of below:
• Mon - Friday: 8am - 5pm
• Saturday: 8am - 1pm
• Sunday: Closed

How do I use a fire extinguisher?

It’s pretty simple. Remember the acronym P.A.S.S. Just Pull the Pin, Aim at the base of fire, Squeeze the handle and Sweep the fire. You can also refer to our How To Use page for 4 simple steps to use your fire extinguisher in case of a fire. If the fire is too big, please call emergency services at 999.

What is the shelf life/expiry date of the fire extinguisher?

Our fire extinguisher has a shelf life of 12+- years from the manufacture date.

Can I still use my fire extinguisher even if I have used a little or accidentally discharged a small amount?

Unfortunately, no. All fire extinguishers must be refilled/service once they have been discharged. Even if you only use a small amount of the extinguisher, the pressure will leak slowly over time as the seal is broken.

Where can I refill / service my fire extinguisher?

You can send your extinguisher for refill at our HQ! You can find us on Waze & Google Maps at FIRE FIGHTER INDUSTRY SDN BHD. (No 1A, Federal Highway Petaling Jaya).

Where is the best spot to place my fire extinguisher?

The fire extinguisher is best placed where there is a high risk of fire, e.g, the kitchen, in the car. DO NOT place them near stoves and heating appliances, and places where fires may start and spread quickly. Otherwise, it will be hard to reach your fire extinguisher when you need it.

Can my fire extinguisher be placed in the car under Malaysia hot weather?

Yes! Our 1KG ABC has been tested to withstand up to 60C/55 Bar of pressure which is way more than Malaysian hot weather.

What is your warranty policy?

A 1 year manufacturing warranty is covered directly from us.
